How to get
First, get the strange device. Go into the cove south of Kosha. On the second floor of the cove is a pedestal with a pattern on it. Use the three buttons on the top of the strange device to make it match the pattern. It may take a while to get the patterns to match, so be patient.
Information
This is an extremely powerful weapon. Unfortunately, it has a tendency to get lost because it often sticks to opponents.
